Head of Information Technology

As the Head of Technology at our company, your role is crucial in leading our technology function and overseeing enterprise-level tech deployments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our technology roadmap to drive business growth through innovation, cost management, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage existing technology deployments on salesforce CRM, Heroku, MuleSoft, and NodeJs integration layer, as well as front-end Apps and Websites on Ionic - Ensure that all tech changes, developments, and management follow best practices for processes, information security, and deployments - Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the hybrid policy of using tech platforms from paid to open source and incorporating new technologies like AI - Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and oversee compliance - Manage business systems, infrastructure, IT policy, and project management departments to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation - Participate in enterprise-level decision-making as a key member of our Leadership Team Qualifications: - Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with certifications in organization and leadership management - Prior experience in working with Salesforce including solutioning - Experience in enterprise-level solutioning and management of technology, including CRM, integrations, and customer front-end solutions The company offers a competitive fixed compensation package with long-term stock appreciation incentives.,
