As the Head of Human Resources for DHL IT Services India, you will be leading a team of IT professionals in a global setting, where innovation and sustainable digital solutions drive the global economy. Your role will involve managing a comprehensive HR portfolio that focuses on the entire employee lifecycle, with a specific emphasis on the India region. We are seeking a dynamic HR leader who can take our people strategy to new heights. The ideal candidate will inspire, engage, and lead teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach and a willingness to go the extra mile. It is essential to strike a balance between operational expertise and the integration of AI in HR processes to drive innovation and ensure the long-term success of the organization. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 18-20 years of extensive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. - Strong operational and strategic capabilities, coupled with a high-energy leadership style. - Experience in utilizing AI in HR to drive innovation, enhance employee experiences, and streamline processes. - A solid academic background with a degree such as MSW, Masters, PGDM, or MBA in HR. - Proven expertise in people management and strategic HR practices, particularly within a Global Capability Center (GCC) of a multinational company. - Location preference in one of our IT Services India locations, preferably Indore, with a willingness to travel extensively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing HR team, fostering engagement at all levels. - Developing people strategies that support business growth and maximize team potential. - Overseeing talent, performance, and development initiatives with a focus on innovation and efficiency. - Ensuring compliance and implementing best practices across all locations while driving new ways of working. - Collaborating with senior leadership on organizational transformation, leveraging AI and modern HR tools to identify new opportunities.
