As the Head of Human Resources for DHL IT Services India, you will be leading a team of IT professionals in a global setting, where innovation and sustainable digital solutions drive the global economy. Your role will involve managing a comprehensive HR portfolio that focuses on the entire employee lifecycle, with a specific emphasis on the India region. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 18-20 years of extensive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. - Strong operational and strategic capabilities, coupled with a high-energy leadership style. - Experience in utilizing AI in HR to drive innovation, enhance employee experiences, and streamline processes. - A solid academic background with a degree such as MSW, Masters, PGDM, or MBA in HR. - Proven expertise in people management and strategic HR practices, particularly within a Global Capability Center (GCC) of a multinational company. - Location preference in one of our IT Services India locations, preferably Indore, with a willingness to travel extensively.
