This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Head Of Hardware Engineering. The Head Of Hardware Engineering will be responsible for overseeing hardware design and development, leading a team of engineers, ensuring the execution of hardware projects, coordinating with other departments for integrated solutions, and maintaining technological excellence in hardware development. The role involves setting strategic direction, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Job Description

• 20+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the hardware practice aligned with organizational growth.
• Lead and scale a team of 100+ hardware engineers across multiple geographies and domains.
• Own P&L responsibility and deliver profitable growth in the hardware vertical.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders, customers, and partners to influence strategic outcomes.
• Foster a culture of technical depth, innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Proven ability to build and manage large-scale, high-performance engineering teams.
• Hands-on expertise in board design, high-speed digital, analog/power design, silicon engineering, 
• embedded firmware, Mechanical enclosures and FPGAs.
• Strong background in high-speed interfaces, server-class hardware, and 
• platform-level design.
• Experience with global compliance and certification standards (UL, CE, FCC, ISO, RoHS).
