What You’ll Do

• Take full accountability for

  new signups

  across Associate and Bachelor programs.
• Lead and own channels: performance marketing, influencer/community. Every channel should move the signup needle.
• Operate with data first: optimize CAC, ROAS, etc. Weekly dashboards, full funnel ownership.
• Work closely with academic, content, and student success teams to ensure alignment: curriculum relevance, coaching, student support — all feed into conversion and retention.
• Scale and systematize build engines, not one-offs — adaptive campaigns, referral programs, global reach.

Who You Are

• 8-12 years of growth / marketing experience in high growth startup or edtech companies, preferably with online/distance education or degree programs.
• A track record of

  owning a number

  : signups / revenue — not just “marketing KPIs.”
• Mastery of performance marketing + community/influencer strategies + partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, attribution, experimentation.
• Mission-aligned: you believe in quality education, global impact, ethics, and human-centered AI.
