Job Description

You will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to drive growth and expansion at Univo Education. Your role will involve developing and executing long-term growth plans, optimizing student acquisition funnels, making data-driven decisions, and providing cross-functional leadership. Additionally, you will design and execute new initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Univo's long-term growth roadmap across domestic and international markets. - Identify emerging trends in online higher education, OPM, edtech, and digital student acquisition. - Own the complete student acquisition funnel, from leads to enrollment. - Establish KPIs and dashboards to track growth performance. - Lead multi-disciplinary growth squads and partner with tech/product teams for tool enhancements. - Conceptualize and execute new programs, market entry strategies, and channel innovations. - Present business plans, forecasts, and updates to senior leadership. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of edtech and higher education ecosystems. - Expertise in growth strategy, performance marketing, and P&L ownership. - Proficiency in data analytics, dashboards, and market insights. - Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership abilities. - 6-10 years of experience in growth, strategy, or business development roles. - Preferably from EdTech, Higher Education, Consulting, or Scaled Startups. - MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred. - Proven track record of scaling user acquisition or growth operations.
