The Role:

We’re looking for a Head of Growth

As our Head of Growth, you’ll:

• Design and execute creative, high-impact growth strategies
• Drive

  customer acquisition and revenue

  through innovative techniques
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to hit ambitious goals
• Implement

  growth hacking and performance marketing

  strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and scale operations efficiently
• Be part of shaping the

  direction and culture of a young, ambitious company

Who You Are:

• Passionate about building something bigger than just a paycheck
• Skilled in

  growth marketing, sales, and business development

• Analytical and data-driven but also creative and scrappy

• A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus

• Experience in business consulting or startups is a bonus
