Fashion Operations Lead for Tech-First 'Stealth' Startup (Equity/ESOPs)

About the Company:

We are a tech-first apparel startup operating in Stealth Mode in Kochi.We are fixing a broken industry. Men currently choose between "Fast Fashion" (bad fit) or "Traditional Tailors" (slow delivery). We are building the third option: Tech-Enabled Custom Wear.We are engineering a proprietary supply chain that combines 3D Technology with agile manufacturing to deliver custom apparel at scale. No inventory. No waste.

The Role:

We are looking for a Founding Fashion Lead who is 50% Stylist and 50% Operations Manager.You will not just be designing clothes; you will be engineering the supply chain that delivers them. You will work directly with the founders to build our manufacturing "Hub" in Kochi and lead our expansion into key business districts.

What You Will Do:

Supply Chain Ops:

Manage local manufacturing partners (tailoring units) to ensure rapid turnaround times and operational efficiency.

Strategic Sourcing:

Source high-quality fabrics (Cotton/Linen) that balance premium quality with commercial viability.The "Fit" Architecture: Work with our tech team to translate 3D scan data into precise cutting patterns.

Customer Experience:

Lead our corporate activation events. You will set the standard for the customer journey and fitting experience.Quality Assurance: Define and enforce rigorous QC standards to ensure every garment meets our brand promise.

Who You Are:

Background:

3+ years in Fashion Design, Garment Tech, or Styling.

Operational Grit:

You aren't afraid to visit a factory floor, negotiate with suppliers, or solve logistical bottlenecks on the fly.

Tech-Savvy:

You are excited about the intersection of Fashion, AI, and Modern Retail.

Hustler:

You understand early-stage startups. You build systems, you don't just follow them.
