Head of Enterprise Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard fleet and enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams for proposal and pitch support.
  • Achieve quarterly targets of ₹25L+ MRR additions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS / mobility sales.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management or EV sector (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven record of closing large deals and managing key accounts.
