Head of Engineering

As an experienced professional in the field of engineering, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving engineering designs and documentation to ensure they align with project requirements and industry standards. By identifying and delivering technical deliverables within the agreed scope, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of projects. Your responsibilities will also include reporting on the technical scope performance of projects in comparison to the baseline plan. It will be essential to guarantee that all projects meet the necessary technical standards and statutory requirements to ensure their overall success. Moreover, your role will involve providing technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team. By offering support in adherence to engineering standards and best practices, you will contribute to the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to deliver a comprehensive engineering package, including Design Basis, Plant layouts, Civil drawings, technical data sheets, Instrumentation & electrical packages, among others. Ideally, you should hold a B. Tech. degree and possess 15-18 years of experience, preferably from a consultancy background. Your wealth of experience and expertise will be invaluable in fulfilling the requirements of this role effectively.,
