Head of Digital Delivery

Role Overview: As the Head of Delivery in the Digital Business Unit, you will be a visionary and strategic leader responsible for driving innovation, leading the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and aligning technology strategies with business goals. Your role will involve transforming how clients leverage technology to enhance their digital footprint, optimize operations, and achieve business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the delivery of the digital portfolio of customers from a delivery and operations perspective. - Be responsible for the P&L of a portfolio ranging between around $50-100 million. - Serve as the focal point of contact for key customers in the portfolio. - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs aligned with strategic business goals. - Lead new age organizations to launch world-class human-centric solutions that reimagine experiences with digital, data, AI, and technology at their core. - Manage support and maintenance programs across domains and participate in strategic initiatives while being able to lead some of them. - Empower delivery managers, program and project managers, and ensure effective resolution of account/program/project risks and issues. - Mentor and manage execution teams that interact with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to achieve desired goals. - Own the growth of the portfolio, make hiring and offboarding decisions, and work actively with sales and technology streams owners to drive portfolio growth. - Participate in RFP responses, Due Diligence, and Proposal making, and facilitate communication upward and across project teams. - Monitor projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in delivery management, with a successful track record in managing digital portfolios. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive innovation and align technology strategies with business goals. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in leading complex technology programs and initiatives. - Sound business acumen with the ability to monitor and drive business growth metrics effectively.,
