Head of Data

Role Overview: As a Governance_Function Marketing professional, you will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, and optimizing high-quality prospect/customer data build and update processes to meet business objectives. You will proactively identify challenges related to data health and hygiene and implement initiatives to cleanse/update data, utilizing technology where possible. Additionally, you will be expected to manage data attribute fulfillment and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design, plan, execute, and optimize high-quality prospect/customer data build and update processes for multiple stakeholders. - Identify challenges with data health and hygiene, and undertake initiatives to cleanse/update data. - Implement and report data build and update performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs. - Manage data attribute fulfillment to enable data segmentation for marketing campaigns. - Leverage technology for automation in data sourcing, email address verification, tagging, and flagging of data. - Collaborate with sales, delivery organization, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in B2B prospecting and sales (CRM) data build and data management. - Deep understanding and experience in managing data throughout the prospect/customer journey. - Knowledge and experience with automation tools for data build and data cleansing. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. - Identify and estimate universe size and segmentation of prospect/targeted ecosystems. - Master's degree, preferably an MBA.
