Description
As the Culinary Head at pH4 Food & Beverages, you will oversee all kitchen operations to ensure exceptional food quality, innovation, and consistency. Your role involves leading and mentoring kitchen staff, developing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will design high-quality menus aligned with the brand's vision and market trends, enforce quality control measures, and manage kitchen operations efficiently. In addition to managing the kitchen budget and implementing cost-saving strategies, you will enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations. Collaborating with architects and designers, you will oversee the setup of new outlets, recruit and train staff, and establish standard operating procedures for successful launches. You will work closely with Outlet Executive Chefs, Outlet General Managers, and Projects teams to ensure quality adherence, new expansion initiatives, and improvements. pH4 Food & Beverages Pvt Ltd, known for its craft brewery brand Toit, aims to create crafted customer experiences through innovative beverages, food, and spaces.
