Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Warangal for the position of Head of Category. The role involves overseeing category management strategies, developing and implementing business plans to drive growth, analyzing market trends and data to make informed decisions, leading sales efforts to maximize revenue, and managing a team to ensure effective collaboration and performance. The Head of Category will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to create strategies and make data-driven decisions
• In-depth understanding and experience in Retail and Sales operations
• Proven Team Management abilities to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in category management within relevant industries is preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
