About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Business to drive strategy, revenue growth, and team leadership at our luxury wellness sanctuary. You’ll oversee P&L, growth initiatives, partnerships, and ensure every business decision aligns with our brand ethos.

What You’ll Do

P&L responsibility: Own revenue, margins, and cost levers across all services and programs.
Strategy & growth roadmap: Identify new channels, corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and digital extensions; set goals and drive execution.
Sales & marketing alignment: Design strategies merging marketing, client acquisition, brand, and events to achieve revenue targets.
Impact & measurement: Define KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategy.
Team leadership: Build and mentor teams, ensure cultural alignment with brand ethos.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years experience in wellness, hospitality, luxury, or high-end consumer services.
Proven P&L ownership and strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Sharp business acumen; strong network in wellness/luxury/lifestyle sectors.
Leadership presence with taste and aesthetic sense; uncompromising on quality.
