Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the

    B2B sales strategy

    for the Indian market, aligned with company objectives
  • Build and lead a

    high-performing national sales team

    focused on enterprise/B2B clients
  • Identify

    new market opportunities

    and drive client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute

    integrated sales campaigns

  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and channel partners
  • Track and analyze sales KPIs, pipeline metrics, and ROI from sales and marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company in key industry forums, customer meetings, and high-level negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and uphold company values in all sales interactions
  • Work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
