Head of Asset Management

As an experienced professional with a background in renowned hotels or property ownership companies, you will be expected to have the following qualifications and responsibilities: You will be required to utilize your expertise in hospitality operations and investment models to lead the organization effectively. Your role will involve overseeing the financial aspects of the business and ensuring smooth operations in line with the company's objectives. - Utilize your leadership skills to fulfill the responsibilities of a CFO or Head of Asset Management in a renowned hospitality brand - Demonstrate a deep understanding of hospitality operations, investment models, contracts, and operator dynamics - Execute M&A activities, JV structuring, deal negotiations, and asset turnarounds to contribute to the company's growth - Display excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively and present at the board level - Travel across domestic and international markets as required to oversee operations and strategic initiatives - CA or MBA (Finance) qualification - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry - Proven track record in executing M&A, JV structuring, deal negotiations, and asset turnarounds - Strong stakeholder management skills and board-level presentation experience,
