Key Responsibilities

• Cohort Development

  : Design a 6-10 module online cohort (video lectures, hands-on projects, quizzes) teaching AI filmmaking tools built in house in Stoira (e.g.,Character Forge) and techniques (scriptwriting, editing, VFX).

• Content Creation

  : Create engaging, accessible content for diverse learners, from beginners to professionals, with a focus on practical skills and real-world applications.

• Ethical Integration

  : Incorporate ethical AI practices, addressing topics like bias, intellectual property, and transparency in AI-generated content.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with Stoira’s team to align the cohort with our brand and mission, for feedback and iteration.

• Community Engagement

  : Contribute to Stoira’s community (e.g., Discord, X) by sharing insights and promoting the cohort to drive enrollment.

• Cohort Updates

  : Provide periodic updates to keep the cohort relevant as AI tools evolve, ensuring long-term value.

What We’re Looking For

• AI Expertise

  : Proven experience with generative AI tools (e.g., RunwayML, Sora, Comfy Ui, Stable Diffusion, Eleven Labs) 

• Filmmaking Skills

  : Hands-on experience in filmmaking (scriptwriting, directing, editing, VFX), ideally with a portfolio of AI-driven projects.

• Educational Experience

  : Ability to create engaging educational content (e.g., courses, tutorials, workshops) that simplifies complex concepts for diverse audiences.

• Ethical Mindset

  : Strong understanding of ethical AI use, including addressing bias and IP concerns in creative workflows.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit

  : Comfortable with a startup environment and excited by a revenue-sharing model with high growth potential.

• Community Engagement

  : Active in AI filmmaking communities (e.g., Curious Refuge, RunwayML Discord, Reddit) is a plus.
