Head - MIS & Budgeting

You are being sought after for the position of Head - MIS, Budgeting, (Finance & Strategy) by a prominent Real Estate Group located in Lucknow, UP. As the ideal candidate, you should possess either a CA or MBA (Finance) qualification along with a rich experience of 15 years in the field. Your reporting authority for this role will be the CFO. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing Revenue & Cost Review by monitoring and analyzing revenue streams and cost structures across various business verticals. Your goal will be to optimize profitability through strategic cost control and revenue enhancement measures. You will also be responsible for Cash Flow Management by preparing, tracking, and forecasting cash flow statements to ensure sufficient liquidity and efficient management of working capital requirements. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve Business Planning where you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners/investors to prepare strategic business plans. It will be your responsibility to conduct scenario analysis and risk assessment to facilitate decision-making processes. Additionally, you will work closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives such as capital structuring, investment planning, and cost efficiency programs to drive finance transformation and digitalization efforts. In terms of MIS & Reporting, you will be expected to maintain timely and accurate MIS reports for management review, prepare dashboards, and financial presentations for Board and leadership meetings. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations is a must, along with a working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
