Core Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Define and articulate the Tekmindz brand story, value proposition, tone, and personality tailored for IT services & AI-led product engineering.
  • Identify brand differentiators, especially in eMobility, GenAI, EnergyTech, and custom software solutions.
  • Create consistent branding assets including messaging guidelines, taglines, logos, and visual frameworks.

Audience Understanding & ICP Development

  • Conduct deep customer research to segment Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across regions:
  • US & Europe: Tech startups, product-led companies, healthcare, EV ecosystem players.
  • Middle East & India: Digital transformation clients, government, mid-sized enterprises.
  • Identify pain points, decision-makers, buying cycles, and regional nuances.

AI-Powered Demand Generation

  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns using:
  • LinkedIn outbound

    + InMail drip sequences
  • AI-powered email campaigns

    using tools like Smartwriter, Instantly.ai, Lavender
  • Telemarketing scripts

    aligned with buyer personas
  • Deploy

    intent-based prospecting

    tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clay for high-conversion targeting.

Website Revamp & Digital Footprint

  • Audit and revamp www.tekmindz.com with high-converting messaging, case studies, video testimonials, and SEO content.
  • Implement web analytics, heatmaps, and lead-capture automation.
  • Launch multilingual landing pages for key geographies.

Content & Collateral Development

  • Create and maintain a repository of:
  • Sales decks (tailored per industry)
  • Company credentials + one-pagers
  • Vertical-specific brochures
  • Case studies, whitepapers, and explainer videos
  • Enable sales team with plug-and-play outreach assets.

Marketing Automation & Funnel Management

  • Set up CRM-integrated marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Freshmarketer)
  • Manage entire top-of-funnel (TOFU) to bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) visibility.
  • Use AI to personalize engagement journeys and retarget leads.

Thought Leadership & Authority Building

  • Position Tekmindz leaders as trusted advisors through:
