Job Description

IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation

Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute IT roadmap aligned with business growth and digital transformation initiatives (Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, Cloud).
Oversee IT infrastructure: data centers, networks, servers, and cloud solutions with high availability and security.
Manage ERP systems (SAP and in-house) and optimize data analytics for decision-making.
Implement cybersecurity policies, risk management, and IT governance standards (ISO 27001 compliance).
Lead and mentor IT team; manage vendors and technology partners.
Support process automation, predictive maintenance, and smart manufacturing initiatives.

Skills / Requirements:

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in SAP, ERP, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
Experience in digital transformation, IoT, AI, and process automation
Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management
