Job Description

You'll lead IT end-to-end - from infra and ERP to compliance and innovation.
Opportunity to strengthen the digital backbone and preparing for future scale.

Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals in the pharmaceutical sector.
Oversee the management and security of IT infrastructure and systems.
Lead the integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IT processes and systems.
Mentor and guide the IT team to achieve organisational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head IT should have:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT leadership roles within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.
Experience in managing IT budgets and cost optimisation.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
