Job Title: IT Head Greenfield Project Job Location: Ahmedabad City, Gujarat Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Setup: Design and implement the IT framework, including hardware, software, and network systems. Project Planning & Execution: Develop IT strategies aligned with business goals and oversee implementation. Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Ensure robust security measures to protect company data and prevent cyber threats. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors for IT solutions and coordinate with internal teams. Technology Innovation: Introduce new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Compliance & Regulatory Standards: Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations and best practices. Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead an IT team, providing training and mentorship. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, preferably in Greenfield projects. Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and IT governance . Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
