IT Strategy & Operations:

Lead end-to-end IT operations across multiple business verticals, including sugar, chemicals, and energy
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives

Oversee ERP implementation and enhancement to improve operational efficiency and business intelligence

Ensure robust, secure, and optimized IT infrastructure across all locations

Establish and maintain strong cybersecurity frameworks to protect organizational assets
Ensure IT compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal audits

Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0:

Champion Industry 4.0 initiatives, automation, and emerging technology adoption for smart manufacturing
Promote innovation in IT solutions to enhance productivity and digital maturity

Budgeting & Governance:

Manage IT budgets efficiently and ensure cost control across IT functions
Implement IT governance practices to support risk mitigation and strategic alignment
