Job Purpose/ Summary

Lead and manage investigations into ethics violations, disciplinary matters, fraud, and policy breaches, ensuring thorough evidence collection, risk mitigation, and enforcement actions.

Job Title

Head Investigations - GFInvestigate ethics breaches, disciplinary issues, fraud, policy violations, and related misconduct.Collect, analyse, and preserve documentary, digital, and witness evidence.Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.Manage law and order situations in coordination with government bodies, agencies, and stakeholders.Assist in counter-actions against competitors, disgruntled ex-employees, or other hostile activities.Liaise effectively with investigative agencies for risk mitigation and field intelligence.Lead anti-counterfeit search, seizure, and enforcement operations.Support criminal actions initiated by the company before EOW, Cyber Crime, and police authorities.
