Lead and modernise Indias IT landscape ensuring robust SAP & MES operations, IoT-enabled manufacturing, secure infrastructure, and digital integration with Global systems.

Top 5 Priorities (First 12 Months)

SAP Excellence
Stabilise, upgrade, and optimise ERP for manufacturing, sales, and service.
IoT & Telematics
Drive connected equipment solutions for real-time tracking and predictive maintenance.
Cybersecurity Readiness
Align with Global security framework, strengthen SOC and incident response.
Industry 4.0 Enablement
– Integrate MES, PLM, and automation tools for plant efficiency.
Data-Driven Decisions
– Deploy analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for management visibility.

ERP uptime
> 99.5%, zero critical disruptions.
IoT/Telematics rollout

Must-Have Skills

SAP (ECC/S4HANA) leadership experience in manufacturing.
MES, PLM, IoT & telematics solution deployment.

Vendor management & IT budget optimisation.
Cross-border collaboration with China/global teams.
