Role Overview

As our HR Leader, youll be responsible for building scalable people practices, aligning global and local strategies, and creating an environment that attracts, retains, and nurtures top-tier talent. You’ll serve as a key partner to business and functional heads and be the voice of the people function across both strategic and operational domains.

This role is ideal for someone ready to transition from a functional partner role in a structured GCC to a center-stage leadership position with greater business influence.

Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Execution: Design and execute HR strategies that align with global mandates while being locally relevant.

Center Transformation: Lead initiatives to evolve the India center into a high-performing, strategic talent hub.

Leadership Development: Partner with senior leaders to build leadership pipelines and succession plans.

Culture & Change Management: Be the change agent for cultural transformation and DEI initiatives.

Talent Management: Lead full-spectrum HR delivery — from strategic workforce planning to career frameworks.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure 100% compliance with global and local labor laws, policies, and audits.

People Analytics & Insights: Build data-driven people practices, HR dashboards, and feedback loops.

Stakeholder Management: Interface with global HR COEs (Comp & Ben, L&D, Talent Acquisition) and regional leaders.

Ideal Profile

12–18 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a GCC, captive center, or shared services environment.

Proven track record of scaling teams, driving engagement, and transforming people functions.

Strong exposure to matrixed global environments and working with international stakeholders (U.S., EMEA, APAC).

Deep understanding of compliance, automation, and people systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

Experience in leading DEI, employee experience, and culture-building initiatives.

Strategic mindset with an operational grip — someone who can lead from the front but isn’t afraid to roll up sleeves.
