💰 Salary: ₹15.00 LPA – ₹18.00 LPA

📈 Experience Required: 8–12 years (Total & Relevant)

✅ Mandatory Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Occupational/Industrial Safety (recognized by Odisha Govt.)

-Proficiency in the Odia language

-Strong experience in:

1.HSE strategy development.

2.HSE training & audits ,legal & regulatory compliance

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Develop & execute a comprehensive HSE strategy

-Ensure legal compliance with Acts, permits, and HSE standards

-Conduct regular risk assessments and enforce control measures

-Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

-Create & manage emergency response plans with regular drills

-Deliver training to staff and partner employees on HSE practices

-Track key HSE metrics and initiate performance improvements

-Drive continuous improvement via audits, inspections, and benchmarking

-Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
