They are seeking an experienced, proactive, and solution-focused Head-Shared Services, based in Delhi, India. To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing at all organizational levels. You should possess 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Shared Services or Operations. Proven leadership skills with a successful record of accomplishment of building and leading high-performing teams are necessary. A strong understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements is essential, along with experience using SAP SuccessFactors for HR and talent management processes.
