As a Strategic Business Initiatives Manager, your role involves devising and executing strategic business initiatives in collaboration with leadership. This includes developing market entry strategies, market positioning, and conducting competitor analysis. You will be responsible for creating internal buy-ins for the defined strategy and managing stakeholders effectively. Additionally, you will work on incubating and operationalizing opportunities, including M&A activities when necessary. Your duties will also involve onboarding new teams or transferring ownership to the business team. In this position, you will lead a high-performance team to deliver key objectives and offer project management and process support to the company, CEO, and top teams to improve both topline and bottom-line performance. Furthermore, you will provide analytical support to the Group company, CEO, and top teams for crucial financial and strategic initiatives. Your role will also include codifying and sharing best practices from different companies and identifying strong performers who can implement these practices in various situations. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to hold a Post Graduate Degree from Premium B-Schools or Technology Institutes. You should have a minimum of 10-14 years of experience in tier 1 & 2 consulting firms or Big 4, with a focus on growth and transformation strategies, particularly within the Offline Education Industry.
