Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the establishment and strategic oversight of the Fundraising and Marketing/PR team, with full ownership of fundraising targets and outcomes.
Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet the target.
Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate donors, funds, foundations, and other partners.
Conduct presentations and meetings to promote HUHT's mission and initiatives.
Collaborate with the program team to ensure alignment of fundraising activities with organizational goals.
Utilize enterprise sales skills to engage stakeholders and secure funding.
Oversee donor relationship management, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and lead all donor communications to maintain transparency and engagement.
