Key Responsibilities
Fleet Operations Management: Oversee the entire fleet, ensuring high availability and efficiency.
Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs: Implement preventive maintenance schedules, monitor repairs, and ensure vehicle uptime.
Logistics & Cost Control: Optimize fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Manage external service providers, spare parts procurement, and contract negotiations.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to government regulations, safety standards, and vehicle documentation.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of fleet managers, technicians, and drivers.
Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor fleet KPIs, analyze reports, and drive improvements.
Key Requirements
Experience: 12-15 years in fleet/vehicle management in logistics, transport, or similar industries.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and operational efficiencies.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage large teams and drive results.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to optimize fleet costs and performance.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in fleet management software.
Knowledge of RTO regulations & safety standards.
Experience in ambulance, logistics, or transport industries is a plus.
