Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Fintech - Python at EliteSquad.AI, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves leading the development and implementation of advanced fintech software solutions, managing and mentoring a team of professionals, and overseeing the execution of complex projects. Responsibilities include designing enterprise-level architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development with expertise in Python and a deep understanding of fintech technologies.
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership abilities to guide and mentor a diverse group of professionals effectively.
• Experience in Project Management to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and meeting organizational goals.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Enterprise Architecture to create scalable and future-ready software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in fintech or related industries is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
