As an experienced Finance Manager with over 12 years of experience, your role will involve overseeing all financial activities to ensure the company's financial stability and support long-term decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - General Ledger (GL) Management: Maintain bookkeeping standards, ensure integrity of the general ledger, and accuracy of journal entries and financial data. - Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee AR process for timely reconciliation. - Financial Reporting: Collaborate with GL Managers to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for accurate MIS reporting. - Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes aligned with strategic objectives, implementing cost management strategies. - Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze financial results, provide variance analysis, and deliver insightful commentary for management decisions. - Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and financial standards. - Team Management: Supervise and mentor the finance team for high performance and continuous professional development. Qualifications: - Education: CA Qualified - Skills: Excellent financial skills - Minimum 12-plus years of senior leadership experience in fast-growing companies - Excellent understanding of financial accounting and management requirements - Experience in managing a remote team Please note that the location for this role is Cochin (WFO) with Monday to Friday working and alternate Saturdays.,
