Job Description: Vector Finance Private Limited, a Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC) approved by the Reserve Bank of India, is dedicated to providing loans to micro enterprises in order to facilitate income generation. Operating predominantly in semi urban and rural areas, we assist our clients in establishing or expanding their businesses, thereby contributing to the cause of financial inclusion. We are currently seeking a Head of Finance and Accounts for a full-time position based in Kolkata. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing financial statements, applying analytical expertise, managing finance operations, preparing financial reports, and creating budgets for the organization. Additionally, the role entails building and maintaining relationships with lenders, as well as engaging in fund-raising activities.
