Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Planning

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Accounting & Financial Management

Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Manage working capital, cash flow, and fund flow effectively.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure statutory compliance with tax regulations, company law, and other financial regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and resolve any audit issues.
Oversee accurate and timely filing of tax returns, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Team Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounts team to enhance performance and professional growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Present financial reports and insights to the board of directors and investors.
