Job Description

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE HEAD

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional to lead the electrical operations at 2 manufacturing plants. The role involves overseeing HT connection and related installations including preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring high equipment up-time, and driving continuous improvement in plant reliability.

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
1216 years of experience in plant/electrical maintenance, preferably in a continuous process industries.
Salary Budget :
18.00 LPA - 20.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical installations and Gensets.
Maintain the Power system and utilities in plant.
Ensure adherence to all electrical safety standards and protocols.
Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth operations.
Oversee maintenance of motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems etc..
Manage spares, documentation, and cost optimization initiatives.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
Hands on Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
