Looking for Head Electrical maintenance with one of the leading manufacturing Industry based in Madurai location
Responsible for overall electrical system reliability and availability.
Lead and develop the electrical engineering team.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for electrical systems.
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical assets.
Oversee energy management initiatives and monitor consumption.
Handle breakdowns and ensure speedy resolution to minimize downtime.
Coordinate installation, commissioning, and upgradation of electrical equipment.
Identify opportunities for system improvement and cost optimization.
Ensure electrical documentation, drawings, and records are up-to-date.
Develop strategies for electrical infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
Evaluate new technologies for improvement and adoption.
Manage maintenance budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for electrical works.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations for safety and quality.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on electrical system performance.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and 3rd party agencies as required.
Ensure quality assurance through design reviews and compliance audits.
