1) Production and Maintenance To plan and achieve the quantity and quality targets set by superior
Plan monthly requirements of spares and inform Stores & Purchase Office Ensure the maintenance of machinery with minimum break down time. Organize spares in critical cases Obtain approvals for spares in time Allocate jobs optimally Review weekly quality reports and maintenance reports.
2) Production and Maintenance To plan and ensure control of the maintenance activities of the plant and equipment for high availability.
Study and approve the maintenance schedule prepared by Maintenance office monthly Review the results after maintenance activities are completed Record critical dimensions like MTTR, MTBF, etc Development of supplier for indigenous spares. Ensure the lubricating of machinery
3) Quality Control To plan and ensure control of the quality of spares & equipment optimization of spares.
Closely monitor and review the life of spares & equipment. Carry out root cause analysis of quality problems of spares & equipment weekly and report findings to superior to reduce the breakdown time.
4) Safety & Housekeeping To plan and ensure necessary safety levels and cleanliness in the plant
Closely monitor use / disuse of safety devices like helmets and belts Ensure general cleanliness and orderliness in the premises
5) People Development To plan and ensure regular training to the team to ensure high of the team
Ensure periodic training for improving functional knowledge and skills in consultation with superior Use mentoring and coaching techniques to improve service levels Ensure safety and quality culture in people through training
