Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns , ensuring minimal downtime. Plan and execute maintenance activities for: Heavy forging presses with automation (5000T, 4000T) IBH, Padding/Coining Hydraulic Presses Circular sawing machines Robots (Kawasaki and Fanuc) Shot blasting machines Control cooling conveyors MPI Machines Oversee maintenance of utility equipment including Air Compressors, DG Sets, EOT Cranes, Transformers, Powerhouse, and internal/external power supply cables (overhead & underground). Ensure effective functioning and upkeep of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) . Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety standards. Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical maintenance team to achieve departmental goals.
