Identify customer demand and achieve profitable sales within production capacity. Support business development by responding to new customer requirements. Maintain business standards and recommend improvements when required. Drive customer engagement and build strong long-term relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) for smooth order execution. Desired Profile of the Candidate Current profile should be Manager or Deputy Manager. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including workflow, equipment, and quality control. Basic knowledge of metallurgy and steel usage. Strong business management, negotiation, and sales system expertise. Proven experience in handling OEM / automotive clients.
