Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.
Conduct customer and market research to understand buyer personas, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the product team to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions.
Craft compelling messaging and positioning for various product lines and user segments.
Work with content, digital marketing, and design teams to create marketing collateralblogs, videos, email campaigns, product pages, sales decks, and case studies.
Drive adoption, retention, and upsell through lifecycle marketing and in-product communication.
Enable the sales team with training, battle cards, and pitch materials.
Measure campaign performance and use data to optimize for conversion and engagement.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or brand managementpreferably in a tech or SaaS company.
Strong understanding of GTM strategies, user segmentation, and digital marketing tactics.
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, growth, and sales teams.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Figma, and CRM platforms is a plus.
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
