Job Description

Head of Design & Archive

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the design direction across fashion, interiors, and lifestyle projects.
Curate, catalogue, and manage the family’s extensive archive of garments, accessories, artworks, and interior assets.
Oversee sourcing, preservation, and storage of rare and high-value pieces.
Supervise and mentor an in-house creative team as well as external collaborators.
Ensure aesthetic consistency and a unified design language across multiple projects.
Research global trends and provide insights to inform design and curation strategies.
Collaborate with family members and senior leadership to translate vision into tangible outcomes.

Desired Profile

12+ years of experience
in fashion design, styling, interiors, or luxury creative direction.
Prior experience working with
collectors, heritage projects, or legacy archives
highly preferred.
Strong expertise in
curation, spatial design, and aesthetic storytelling.
Exceptional organizational and cataloging skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage teams and work with external creative stakeholders.
Globally aware, with a strong sense of trends, culture, and luxury markets.
