As a portfolio lead you will be driving Data. Tech and AI solutions for Choreograph and drive transformation agenda for some of the leading advertisers of the country. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable data strategies, design cutting-edge AI solutions, and drive their successful implementation.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Head of Data and Tech strategy, Choreograph

In this role, your goals will be:

In Three Months:

  • Take ownership of workstreams within larger projects and begin to contribute to solution design and start building direct client relationships
  • Actively contribute to the design and architecture discussions for new data and AI solutions, leveraging existing solutions and charting a go-to market strategy for all products and services
  • Focus on deepening expertise in specific cloud services /ai frameworks/ data and ai solutions relevant to current projects and potential new projects

In Six Months:

  • Take project leadership responsibility for of data , tech and AI projects from scoping to deployment and all ancillary tasks
  • Develop strong, direct relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for data , tech and AI related discussions.
  • Contribution to identifying and articulating revenue potential for new clients and follow-on work for existing clients.
  • Contribution to revenue identification and proposals for new and existing clients and play an active role in deal closures

In Twelve Months

  • Independently lead end-to-end projects, drive strategic discussions, and become a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
  • Actively participate in strategic client discussions, identifying new opportunities for data and AI, and contributing to potential new revenue workstreams
  • Direct contribution to winning new client engagements and identification and successful conversion of upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Meeting with clients and internal teams to understand their business challenges, goals, and current data landscape.
  • Proactively identifying how data ,tech and AI can solve client problems or create new value.
  • Contributing to and leading the creation of compelling solutions and proposals for clients
  • Contributing to and developing project plans, timelines, resource estimates, task management and tracking of project plan progress with delivery teams
  • Continuously learning new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in the space of data , tech and AI
  • Contribution to internal or external articles, presentations, or workshops in the data and AI space

Minimum qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be

seasoned, strategic, and client-focused Data and AI professional

who seamlessly bridges the gap between cutting-edge technology and tangible business value, particularly within the dynamic marketing landscape
  • 12+ years of experience in data , tech or AI consulting roles, preferably within an agency/ consulting / mar- tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable data and AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles like customer lifecycle, personalization, and segmentation, combined with a strong grasp of data architecture, data modelling, and identity resolution.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure), including services related to data warehousing, data lakes, machine learning etc.
  • Understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e g, regression, classification, clustering, deep learning)and their practical applications.
