Job Description

Customer Excellence Executive Role Summary: We’re hiring a Customer Excellence Executive to manage customer queries, product support, and order fulfillment across WhatsApp, Interakt, email, social platforms. The role ensures smooth communication, fast response times, and a seamless shopping experience for Devri customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer messages on WhatsApp/Interakt/email with accurate product info. Share catalogues, design numbers, prices, images, and help customers shortlist. Create and process orders on Shopify; share confirmations & tracking details. Maintain customer history, Excel sheets, and follow-ups for pending queries. Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch for timely shipping. Resolve issues related to sizing, delays, exchanges, or product concerns. Skills Required: Strong communication skills Whatsapp/Interakt/Shopify knowledge preferred Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Fast response speed & customer-first mindset Location: On-site (or mention hybrid if applicable) Experience: 1–3 years preferred Industry: Fashion/E-commerce
