Job Description

Location : Bangalore

Skills:

Ability to formulate credit policies around quant based models
Strong field understanding of location and customer segments
Understanding of asset risk(vehicles), customer risk, document risk, identity risk, relationship risk, dealer risk, anchor risk , hypothecation risk and build mitigants around the same
Manage a team of 50 people to deliver the credit SOP
Set up reporting to track adherence to credit policy
Ability to structure the team for scalability
Strong experience with LOS, GSheet and automations
Strong hustle culture expert

Experience:

Worked in vehicle financing or fintech or microfinance domain
12+ years of experience in credit underwriting
