As the Head of Contracts, Billing, Tendering & Estimation at our organization, you will be responsible for leading the commercial and contractual functions. Your role will involve efficiently managing pre- and post-contract activities, driving commercial excellence, optimizing costs, mitigating risks, and ensuring contractual compliance across all projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor teams handling estimation, billing, tendering, and contract management. - Oversee the preparation, evaluation, and submission of tenders and commercial bids. - Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients and subcontractors. - Establish and implement cost control systems, billing procedures, and revenue management strategies. - Approve client and subcontractor bills, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms. - Analyze and mitigate contract-related risks, claims, and variations. - Collaborate with project, finance, and management teams for effective decision-making. - Ensure adherence to legal, commercial, and corporate governance standards in all contractual dealings. **Qualifications & Skills:** - B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Project/Construction Management preferred. - 15-20 years of experience in contracts, billing, estimation, and tendering within construction or EPC sectors. - Strong knowledge of contract law, cost control, and FIDIC conditions. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.,
