Role Description

Head concrete- technical and customer support is a senior role responsible for product

development, technical support, and site-based trials of Carbon materials in concrete. The role

demands strong technical expertise in concrete and admixtures, combined with commercial

acumen and client-facing skills for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop new formulations, conduct R&D, create datasheet and brochure for customer

presentations.

2) Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless product development and market

introduction and customer acquisitions

3) Provide technical guidance to the sales team and customers, demonstrating the product

usage in customer formulations on-site.

4) Work on introducing the product in BIS and other industry standards and guidelines

5) Update market trends, changes in the competitive landscape, and industry regulations to

identify opportunities and drive product enhancements.

6) Plan and conduct site-specific trials and product demonstrations for clients to verify product

performance and suitability for their projects.

7) Ensure adherence to Indian Standard specifications and maintain updated Technical Data

Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Candidate Requirement:

1) BE Civil

2) 10-15 years on experience in Construction area,

3) Minimum 5 years’ experience in concrete research/ Laboratory

4) Through knowledge of BIS, ASTM and other codes in concrete

5) Candidates from Admixture industry with a strong experience in R&D is plus

6) Having work on nanomaterials in concrete is an additional advantage
