Key Qualifications: M.Sc./M.Tech. in Organic or Polymer Chemistry with 2-3 years of work experience in polymer synthesis. Hands-on experience with inert reactions using “Schlenk line” and glove box techniques. Proven expertise in emulsion and dispersion polymerization techniques. Familiarity with controlled free radical polymerization, and metal catalysed reactions. Strong laboratory skills in conducting lab scale and pilot scale chemical experiments by using double jacketed reactors. Demonstrated experience in developing new chemical processes and methodologies. Competencies Proficiency in interpreting experimental data and conducting detailed analysis. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to laboratory safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
