Head concrete- technical and customer support

As a Head Concrete-Technical and Customer Support at Samnan Chemicals Private Limited, your role involves product development, technical support, and conducting site-based trials of Carbon materials in concrete. Your strong technical expertise in concrete and admixtures, along with commercial acumen and client-facing skills, will contribute to the business growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new formulations, conduct R&D, and create datasheets and brochures for customer presentations. - Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless product development, market introduction, and customer acquisitions. - Provide technical guidance to the sales team and customers, demonstrating product usage in customer formulations on-site. - Work on introducing the product in BIS and other industry standards and guidelines. - Stay updated on market trends, changes in the competitive landscape, and industry regulations to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements. - Plan and conduct site-specific trials and product demonstrations for clients to verify product performance and suitability for their projects. - Ensure adherence to Indian Standard specifications and maintain updated Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Candidate Requirements: - BE Civil qualification. - 10-15 years of experience in the Construction area. - Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete research/laboratory. - Thorough knowledge of BIS, ASTM, and other codes in concrete. - Candidates from the Admixture industry with strong experience in R&D are preferred. - Previous work on nanomaterials in concrete is considered an additional advantage.,
