We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume kitchens, showcasing their ability to create exceptional dishes and manage kitchen operations effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Create and develop new recipes and menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and trends.
Oversee food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary goals.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with management to develop special event menus and catering options.
Ensure consistent quality and taste of food served to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

7-15 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant environment.
Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques.
Experience in menu planning and recipe development.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
