JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Head Chef who is an expert in Authentic Bengali Cuisine for our cloud kitchen Bongo Baari. The chef will be responsible for preparing traditional Bengali dishes with great taste and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Cook and manage all Bengali food items (both veg and non-veg).
• Maintain taste, hygiene, and food presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff (if any).
• Check ingredient quality and control food costs.
• Ensure timely preparation.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in cooking Authentic Home Style Bengali dishes.
• Must maintain cleanliness and kitchen discipline.
• Preferably from a Bengali food background.
